VintageLighters.ru - this is the first online encyclopedia of lighters in Russian. Website VintageLighters.ru opened on 23 November 2009 and is a subsidiary of the portal project ZippoCollector.ru - Russia's largest website dedicated to collecting lighters Zippo.
Descriptions are lighter on the site in accordance with Reference to the principle. Note the following important points:
- Year: indicates the approximate period of the early release of a particular model, no matter for how the model was produced. It is not always possible to know precisely specify the start year of manufacture, then the indication is not the exact year and decade. For example, if the model was produced from about 1945, but more precise data are not available, the indicated 1940 as the period from 1940 till 1950th years.
- Under the heading "Years" is always indicated only a decade, and not the exact year of manufacture of the lighter.
- Approximate cost: indicates the approximate lower and upper limit value based on the statistics of sales of lighters at auction Ebay, other auctions and collectible market as a whole. This option is very approximate and reflect the most up-to-spread collection of prices for a particular model of the lighter. Under certain circumstances, the price of such a model can be in and out in the time-cost, so the cost of the figures given are indicative only.
