And what can I say? Homemade. Made from some bronze, brass items from a chandelier ... a. if this part was originally cast as the housing for the lighter on it would have provided space for mounting the silicon tube. Here we see an ordinary solder.

As for the period .... then a very large spread. If there is any labels from the 30s to the 50s .... and itself part of course may be older.

But anyway Lighter interesting and unusual ... and most importantly - unrepeatable and unique))) so that all class !!
