VintageLighters.ru - this is the first online encyclopedia of lighters in Russian. VintageLighters.ru site opened on 23 November 2009 and is a subsidiary of the portal project ZippoCollector.ru - Russia's largest website dedicated to collecting lighters Zippo.
Descriptions are given of lighters on the site in accordance with Reference to the principle. Please note the following important points:
- Year: indicates the approximate time of the first production model specific, no matter for how the model was produced. It is not always possible to know precisely specify the start year of release, in this case does not indicate the exact year and decade. For example, if the model was produced from about 1945, but more accurate data are not available, you specify 1940 as the period from 1940 till 1950th years.
- Under the heading "Years" always shows only a decade, but not the exact year of manufacture lighters.
- Cost: indicates the approximate lower and upper limit value based on the statistics of sales of lighters at auction Ebay, other auction sites and on the collector's market as a whole. This option is very approximate and reflect the most up-scatter collector prices for a particular model of lighters. Under certain circumstances, the price of such a model may exceed the value of this range, so the cost figures cited are indicative only.
